A magical mashup of everything everyone loves about Indian and Mexican cuisine. Enjoyed thoughtfully crafted cocktails, lamb kafta fundito (sadly we devoured it before I could snag a photo), chicken tikka masala quesadilla, chili paneer taco, and chili chicken taco (with cloud-soft dreamy naan instead of a standard corn or flour tortilla). My tastebuds were delighted, my belly full, and my belt just a little tighter (well worth it!).
The restaurant blends Mexican and Indian culture quite well. The margaritas seem popular and can be ordered by the pitcher. Tacos are made with naan bread, instead of a corn tortilla, which fits the cuisine quite well. If you're interested in spice, try the homemade hot sauce!
We love this place! My favorites are the Mexican street corn tacos and grilled mahi mahi tacos. The special today was chicken birria tacos and they were delicious as well!
The food is is very flavorful! My experience has shown me mediocre results in many fusion restaurants, but this place got it right. My husband and I split 5 tacos. Mahi-Mahi Taco (Fried) Chicken Schwarma Taco Chili Chicken Taco Bombay Chicken Taco Lamb kaftan Taco And Chips and Salsa The chips were thin and crisp fried in house. The salsa was a good level of spicy and had plenty of cilantro and citrus. Each Taco was good The best in order for me was CHICKEN SCHWARMA MAHI MAHI LAMB KAFTA BOMBAY CHICKEN CHILI CHICKEN The first three I'd eat every time, the last two were well seasoned and true to what they were supposed to be, just wouldn't be a regular go to item for me. My husband gave a similar rating but has the Mahi Mahi as number one and the Bombay and Shawarma as a tie. Service was quick, with good customer service, the food came out very hot. Major plus! The atmosphere is nice, the only reason I gave the location a 4 is a big issue to Chattanooga and not the restaurant specifically. Downtown Chattanooga smells like poop everywhere. It was super bothersome to me especially with so many outdoor eating spots. I had to tell my husband if we walked in and I smelled poop we couldn't eat here, because they have a large window that stays open. The anxiety of biting my food and smelling a poop breeze is the biggest issue. So the restaurant, service, and everything else. Is pretty nice outside of Chattanooga's sewage issues.
Loved this place. The chipotle chicken had one of the best sauces I’ve tried! Very friendly staff and clean place with very affordable prices.
I didn’t imagine this would be my favorite Mexican spot but alas here we are! Amazing tacos! Amazing atmosphere! Service was top notch! Matthew was an awesome server! So much fun there tonight with karaoke!
We returned here, and still love it so much! They have a great menu, and all of their tacos are amazing! For this visit, I tried the shawarma bowl, which is amazing. We had good service and a very friendly waiter. Great location and atmosphere. I want to go to one of their karaoke nights now.
